Iowa Medicaid-Specific Resources
Effective June 30, 2019, Optum is no longer administering benefits for Iowa Medicaid. The Level of Care Guidelines: Iowa Medicaid UnitedHealthcare Plan of River Valley, Inc. will be retained on Provider Express for reference for 6 months from the Plan termination date.
