Recovery Record for Eating Disorders

Recovery Record is a secure and evidence-based application that has been evaluated in clinical trials and is available to Optum/UnitedHealthcare members and their care teams to support eating disorder treatment and recovery. The resource enables providers to link with patients to stay up-to-date with timely information on their ongoing progress, and to extend their care continuum into patients’ everyday lives by providing around the clock access to in-app resources. For members, the patient app includes over 200 evidence-based coping strategies for overcoming triggers, urges and other difficult experiences, actionable goals, motivational content, and the opportunity to complete cognitive-behavioral self-monitoring of meals, triggers, thoughts, sleep and more.

Eligibility

While the standard Recovery Record app for individuals with eating disorders is available to the general public, UnitedHealthcare members with Optum Behavioral Health benefits can access additional resources and their care teams may utilize the Recovery Record Clinician app in connection with them at no cost. These resources are secure and confidential and are not intended to replace clinical support.

How to Get Started
